Struggling to get up for Fajr prayer
Salam alaykoum wa ramatullah wa barakatu.
Inshallah I hope everyone is well in health and iman.
I'm looking for some help and advice as I'm sruggling to get up for the Fajr prayer in the mornings. Some times I can do this and manage to get up for a couple of mornings but then I sleep in for another couple of mornings and then feel guilty when I get up. Ive tried putting my alarm futher away from me so I have to get up to switch it off but I've sat on the bed and fallen asleep again!
Does anyone else struggle?
Has anyone got any suggestions, tips or duas that might help.

Asalam alaikom sisters
Return - this arose before so you are definitely not alone! Someone wrote then that if you make the intention before you go to sleep at least that's done and you'll get the reward even if you don't follow through on your intention. If you do follow through you get rewarded many times over.
I read today it takes 21 days to establish a habit, so maybe you could try putting the alarm clock further away and making the intention and don't give up. Keep trying until you get the 21 days done in a row with no gap. Insha Allah by then you will have succeeded. May Allah make it easy for you. Amin

Hajj : Did it when I was about 5 years muslim. I found the constant moving around form one place to another to be very unsettling. But alhamdililah I got to touch the Qaba. Medina was wonderful. The trips between Safa and Marwa most enjoyable.
